To use the iron bottle, the first step is to heat water in it for about 15 minutes, starting from the 8th minute of boiling. This is because the hot water may be cloudy at the beginning, and it may be difficult to use it effectively. After the initial use, the inside of the iron bottle will become slightly lighter in color.

Subsequent uses should follow the same process: add water to the 8th minute of boiling, and simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes. This method helps to measure the chemical reaction of tannin and iron, and repeating this process 2-3 times can enhance the effect.

After the desired number of uses, the iron bottle should be rinsed and boiled with hot water 1-2 times before being used again. It is important to ensure that the hot water remaining inside the iron bottle is not left behind, as this can lead to rusting. Instead, the bottle should be moved to a pot and emptied completely, then dried thoroughly.
